For over 30 years, the Forecast Breakfast has provided our members with insights on the local real estate market and what we might expect in the year to come. 

We continue this tradition with our 2010 CREB^® President, Ms. Diane Scott, welcoming our members with her inaugural speech and the introduction of the 2010 Board of Directors.

Our breakfast keynote speaker this year is Jeremy Gutsche, an innovation expert and founder of TrendHunter.com. Mr. Gutsche is one of North America's most requested keynote speakers.
