The 2009 Forecast Conference and Tradeshow, offers exhibitors an exclusive opportunity to meet with members of the Calgary Real Estate Board and their guests one-on-one.
We have designed our conference program to encourage members to circulate throughout the tradeshow, providing them with more opportunity to get to know you, your products and your services.
Our 140-booth tradeshow will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A networking reception will be held in the tradeshow area beginning at 4:00 p.m.

We are excited to offer a new on-line registration process for your convenience.
- Exhibitors have the option to select their preferred booth location at time of registration. (subject to availability)
- All fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
- Credit card payment only.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Secure website for credit card payment processing.
Confirmation of your registration and booth selection will be emailed to you within 3 business days. Any additional information regarding set-up/tear-down times, updates, etc, will be emailed to registered exhibitors as the information becomes available.
Booth Rental Fees
- Large booth (10 ft deep by 10 ft wide) - $595.00 + GST
- Small booth (6 ft deep by 10 ft wide) - $395.00 + GST
- Not for Profit (6 ft deep by 10 ft wide) - Limited booths available - Please contact Rhonda at 403.781.1317 to register.
- Up to a maximum of four exhibitor name badges

- Black draping for 8 ft tall back wall and 3 ft tall side walls
- One 8 ft rectangular table with black skirting and white vinyl table cover

Exhibitor Advertising Extras
Additional advertising opportunities are available to exhibitors and must be selected at time of registration.
Conference Tote Bag Insert - $100.00
Each delegate will be given a conference tote bag as they enter the Forecast Breakfast. You have the opportunity to add one (1) promotional item or a brochure into each bag. Please note: 1,300 items will be required at the Calgary Real Estate Board by November 17, 2008.

Company Profile - $50.00
In addition to being listed as an Exhibitor, you may also choose to provide a 30-word (maximum) description of your company, products and/or services, to be listed in the conference show guide. Please note: Profile must be emailed to rhonda.campbell@creb.com by November 17, 2008. CREB® reserves the right to edit the profile description for content and length if necessary.
Website Listing - $35.00
Your company weblink will be added to our list of exhibitors. Users will automatically be linked to your website when they click on your web address. Please note: Weblink must be emailed to rhonda.campbell@creb.com by November 17, 2008.
Bagged Lunch - $20.00
A bagged lunch including a sandwich, veggies and dip, fresh baked cookie, whole fruit, and your choice of pop or juice, is available to purchase for exhibitor staff. Lunch must be pre-ordered on the exhibitor registration form. Lunch tickets will be mailed to Exhibitors prior to event day.
The Roundup Centre Concession will also be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for your convenience.
